DEPARTMENT OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

This department is responsible for marketing the product a reality: the menergiRESET garment. A process that begins with the idea and with a tangible result. It is divided into th folloing areas:

Fabrics
The conception and development of our own fabrics together with manufacturers and the constant co-operation with the design department.

Design
The creation, development and monitoring in production, of all the garments that are part of our annual collections, which samples exceed 500 models.
Production
Thanks to this system, menergiRESET is able to creat extensive collections for each season, in accordance with the market needs, and be the merchandise and a steady movement to stock. menergiRSET production system brings other important advantatges:

Computerized patterning: using computer technology in patterns and grading brings improvements to the final product.
Selected make-up: the outside workshops are selected with great care and carry out and exhaustive monitoring of the process.
Buying: carefully research of manufacturers of each garment to obtain and, therefore offer the best possible quality at the best possible price.
Quality control: a double quality control, the first at the factory and the second on arriving to our menergiRESET warehouses.

BACK-UP DEPARTMENT
The back-up department is the one, which ensures the unity and coherence of menergiRESET identity in all its shops.

Architecture and interiors
menergiRESET carries out the project fot the interior decorating according to the plans of the shop. At the same time offers versatile movable modules adaptable to any space and, that are a practical and exclusive system for the display of the products.

Window dressing
Periodically the window displays of the menergiRESET shops change all over the world. To this end, a dossier explaining the setting up of each display is sent out, accompained by any necessary accessories for carrying out the window dressing.

FRANCHISING DEPARTMENT
It is the specific department concerned with the development of the Franchising. It acts as a link between the Mother Company and the Franchisees. It basically represents the entire range of services we offer to the Franchisee.
First of all it is important to mention the general conditions lay down by menergiRESET for the concession of a Franchising license. The basic fundamental norm, the fulfillment of which is obligatory, is that only menergiRESET's products can be sold in menergiRESET's Franchises.
Under no circumstances may a Franchisee of menergiRESET sell goods of any other brand, be they or not direct competitors of menergiRESET.


menergiRESET FRANCHISING SYSTEM

Twice a year menergiRESET presents its collection for the following season to all of the Franchisees. During this presentation the Franchisees can make their initial orders of the collection, which will be approximately 85% of the total order of the season.

The Franchisees can, once the season has begun, reorder of their best selling goods.

menergiRESET produces mini collections that the Franchisee can purchase as the come out. Each Franchisee will receive technical specifications of every model with photographs and sample of the material.

The system does not impose any obligations on the Franchisee as to the numbers of orders in a given season. The purchases can be made at the Franchisee's convenience, thus reducing the risk of over stocking.

A month before the beginning of sales the Franchisees have the opportunity to buy goods already reduced in price.
